All sales are final. Due to the handmade and perishable (sweet treats) nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us via email at victoria@honeyandgrace.co or through the Contact page on this website within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund for the damaged portion.
